Here is the brief summary for LP2504, detailed plan & logs of each session are found separately under the Learning Package in the menu.

A successful starting learning with Arduino! Better result than expected
Very well prepared materials and instructions on our website
Good feedbacks and receiving interests from potential newcomers (although no specific plan to grant new ones yet)
Very good practice to limit the core learning time to 1-1.5 hours, efficient and easier to get good attention from the students
Fika snack seems not very much wanted, at least from what we observe now, maybe due to the fact that our prepared "healthier" picks for fika was not very welcomed, and another reasons could be that we now have shorten our learning session to be 1-1.5 hours. Let's see, we will still try to keep some spontaneous fika in future leaning packages, but maybe not every time.
Cybersecurity related topic discussion doesn't happen, due to less effort and of course very short learning package for this LP2504. Let's see, will still try to keep some spontaneous discussion on this topic in future learning packages, but maybe not very often
Unexpected change of learning time, but seems not too bad, Saturdays seems even better choice for most of us
Since some students were absent in some sessions, it's hard to evenly share the cost, so we calculate for each session basing on the actual participants.
25w04
7 students participated
The variable costs to share: 108 Kr
0 Kr: Not prepared for any fika snack, but a parent brought a cake for us :-)
108 Kr: Tutor parking 9:43-13:18
The fixed consuming materials costs: 20 Kr/student/session
20 Kr per student: Compensate the consuming cost of tools and materials for projects (like printed paper, stationery, cables, batteries, fragile components, etc.)
So, every participant pays: 108/7 + 20 = 35.43 Kr
25w05
6 students participated
The variable costs to share: 87 Kr
0 Kr: Not prepared for any fika snack, due to busy schedule and focusing on materials preparation
87 Kr: Tutor parking 9:41-12:24
The fixed consuming materials costs: 20 Kr/student/session
20 Kr per student: Compensate the consuming cost of tools and materials for projects (like printed paper, stationery, cables, batteries, fragile components, etc.)
So, every participant pays: 87/6 + 20 = 34.50 Kr
