We had assigned homework to design self-defined project for the Learning Package ending challenge. This is open chance, no specific requirement or limit, we encourage the students to use the learnt knowledge as possible, we also encourage them to take out-of-box explorations, try to seek help to use some un-learnt techniques or knowledge in advance, like ultrasonic sensor, servo motor, etc.
Here is one of the half-baked work done by Felix and his parent, a wire game, since it's not fully finished, and the wire path was made too difficult to play with... so we call it as a prototype mainly for demo.
The hardware used:
Handmade wire-path, wooden base
The features in demo:
Just simply to detect the "touch" of the wire and proble, count the number of touches, display on the LED matrix
A student and his parent tried to make a prototype wire game, this turned out to be too challenge to play eventually :-)
