• Very nice with several newcomers as active learners! Most of them were well onboard

• Very good learning and mutual helping, good inspiration among the students 

• Improved projects guides and website contents

• Helpful printed materials even though they were already available in the website, the kids still need such clear guides on hands to start

• Better planning vs actualized result

• A little too many people including visiting learners at the beginning

• We have both fast and slower learners in the same group, a little hard to balance and well care both ends

• A little hard to add deeper knowledge interpretations, due to the time limitation, and the attentions from the students, they seemed to be more active and eager to make things, it's not bad, but we need to find a better chance to enhance the knowledge understanding after making some working projects

SUM:

• The variable costs to share: 710.50 Kr => We have 8 students, so it's 88.8 Kr/student

• The fixed consuming materials costs: 20 Kr/student/session

• So, every student pays: 88.8 + 20*4 = 168.8 Kr

• 109 Kr: Tutor parking , this day was longer, due to extra interesting discussions with newcomers and their parents after the class

• 23.9 + 27.9 +19 + 18.9 + 18.9 Kr: Fika snacks and drink, selection assisted by the students themselves. Those snacks were not finished, 1 pack of chips + 1 bottle of Cola left not opened yet, will be kept for next session.

  • 20 Kr per student: Compensate the consuming cost of tools and materials for projects (like printed paper, stationery, cables, batteries, fragile components, etc.)

Side Note:

• The 1st session had more people together, including extra visiting learners who didn't continued later on, so the fika costed a little more there, it's us who stay stably to share the costs, but not the 1-time visitors

• The parking fee at city center is high as 30 Kr/h, sometimes if we arrived half an hour earlier or left an hour later due to the discussions with students, then the tutor parking varied, but on average the tutor arrived at about 9:30, and left at about 13:00.
