We continued the fun learning with the TM015: Kitronik :MOVE Motor for Micro:bit this week, we have full team up for the learning and activities, everything went well, much as planned, but we also had some interesting findings, e.g. the vehicle didn't actually move forward straightly, it could be due to poor calibration or the floor leveling, but this was exactly a good lesson to be learnt, in some cases, the perfect codes don't result in a right output when coming the to reality with the real hardware and situation! This is what we need to bare in mind when making the product, and it's a good mindset to make rooms for risks and improvements.
We also continued learning the KB012: Boolean Logic: AND, OR, XOR, NOT, this time we added a very nice Logic Gates simulation, it helped a lot for the learning! We also learnt KB013: DC Motor, again, a very nice animation/simulation was used for the teaching. It's very efficient and helpful! Hopefully we can develop the materials with more such good visualization in the future.
Nice animation of DC motor
