As an extended learning experience, we planned this session with some more new knowledge, and of course, it brought challenges to many of our students. However, it created good curiosity and motivation for further learning in the future.
The images, together with the new knowledge points of array and data-mapping, actually provided us a good way to make customized visualization using the Micro:bit board, in the starting project PJ000: 1st Experience with Micro:bit and MakeCode, we tried digital dice, one student also case-showed using this advanced technique to make the dice. Now we start to have a step-by-step learning for this, even though it's hard to understand well the concept and logic, but it's a good starting, and we will of course revisit this topic in the future, some other projects will surely have a need to use this again.
Hooray, we now mark the completion of this short LP2435: 2 Weeks Extended Focus on Variables & Functions Basic, 24w35, and the project PJ013: Fun Controlling of Continuous Servo Motor is well covered.
We will have a break next week, and come back with another new Learning Package next next week.
