25w48 Updated Way of Handling Expense Logs

Thanks to the kind understanding and good support from our students' parents, we have been running our teaching and learning activities for years with the volunteering and open spirit!

In general we don't charge tuition fees, and try the best to keep the costs low. However, the necessary logistics and consuming expenses are noted for common sharing among our participants, in the history, we keep good track of all happened costs for learning, and share transparent information of the details to our participants and their parents. 

Previously we wrote those logs in each session of the Learning Package, the information then spread over many web pages, it's not easy to collect an overview of the information of the costs and fees, so we have now improved the way of handling these important information, a dedicated one webpage Expense Logs is created under the general guideline page Fees , hence we have one place for all teams and for all Learning Packages!
